Dr. Ali Imad Fadlallah is a professional leadership coach, writer/editor, and artist from Dearborn, MI. As a principal and partner at Developing Capacity Coaching (DCC), Ali has supported leaders and executive teams across leading organizations nationwide. Ali is a Doctor of Education Leadership (Harvard University), MBA (Emory University), M.Ed. (University of Mississippi), and BA in English (University of Minnesota).

As founder of RISE Entertainment LLC, Ali has had a decorated career in entertainment. Highlights including managing Gimel “Young Guru” Keaton, the famed engineer behind the sound of Jay-Z; delivering a 2017 TED Talk on “Hit Song Science;” serving as a 2019 Voqal Fellow; releasing music, a talk show, and short films under the monicker “Ali Imad,” and receiving funding + mentorship from WDET Detroit to partner with nationally renowned @Dearborn.Girl to pilot a new podcast, “Typical Dearborn.”
